They have one flat sawn face already, best retaining wall timber I ever seen for something super chunky.

These nsw spotted gum girders are big enough to resaw into huge post and beams. 10 metres long. They are 15 odd years old and the steel comes out without too much fuss. Or just use them as is. Perfect for making or repairing bridges and the like. $1500 each. Cheaper by the truck load. Cheers Mark
